Start the contract process now

1. If you are interested in UNLIMITED PHONE or PACK PHONE + FIBRE, request and pick up your SIM/eSIM card at IE. You will need to send us a photo of the card you received with the visible code.

Make sure your phone is compatible with eSIM and that it is not locked by your current operator. Please contact your operator to verify before proceeding.

2. To contract, fill out our ACTIVATION FORM with your data.

3. Within 24/72 business hours, you will receive an email with services contract and the access details to the Mygored panel for deposit payment. If no fibre coverage, we will inform you by email.

  • Deposit of €80 + 2 months for the fibre and pack offer.
  • Deposit of 2 months in the case of phone contract.

4. Access mygored/facturas and pay the deposit with your credit/debit card. Once the payment is verified:

  • You will receive an email with your NEW SPANISH NUMBER and confirmation of activation. The line activation process takes 24-48 business hours. It is not immediate upon payment.
  • Do not scan the QR code until you receive the email. Scanning prematurely may result in the eSIM being blocked.
  • Regarding fibre services, we will contact you via email to schedule an installation appointment. Installations are carried out Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Installations cannot be scheduled outside this timeframe. 

5. Every month, you will receive an email with your invoice.

You have 15 days to make the payment with your credit/debit card through mygored/facturas. Remember, you can always set up a direct debit to avoid monthly reminders.

6. Upon service termination and return of the equipment, we will initiate the deposit refund to the bank account you provide.

7. Be careful! You must complete all the steps above and fill out this ACTIVATION FORM to complete the hiring process correctly.
